Responsibilities
- Partner with China and global leaders on organisation planning and workforce priorities.
- Lead performance, talent, succession, engagement and manager-coaching processes.
- Manage employee relations and ensure local HR practice aligns with China requirements.
- Use people data to identify risks and improve organisation effectiveness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years as an HRBP in technology or a multinational company.
- Strong China employment-practice and employee-relations knowledge.
- Experience working directly with overseas headquarters and senior leaders.
- Fluent Chinese and professional English.
