3. Information and purposes
We process contact details, company and hiring requirements, CV and career information, role preferences, communications and application records that you provide, only as needed to:
- answer enquiries and send requested materials
- understand employer needs and provide search, recruitment, HR consulting, IT project or service-outsourcing support
- match candidates, provide career support, process applications and send relevant role alerts
- prevent misuse, protect services and meet legal obligations
4. Consent, disclosure and hiring clients
We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only with consent, to fulfil a service you request, where required by law or under another applicable exception. Before presenting an identifiable candidate profile to a hiring client, we obtain consent that identifies the recipient and purpose.
5. Providers and overseas transfers
Bound group entities or providers may support email, cloud storage, site operations, application management and service delivery. For Singapore, Southeast Asia and China assignments, necessary data may be handled in the relevant market. We limit recipients, purposes and data and use contracts, due diligence, access controls and other applicable measures to ensure protection comparable to Singapore’s PDPA.
6. Retention and security
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes, service relationship, legal retention duties or dispute handling, then securely delete or anonymise it. Measures proportionate to risk include access controls, protected transmission, activity records, backups and incident response.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, completion or deletion, withdraw consent, stop alerts, or ask how data has been used or disclosed. Email info@tacjob.com with “Personal data request” in the subject. We verify identity and respond under applicable law; withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.
8. Voluntary provision
Providing information is voluntary. If information needed to answer or provide a service is omitted, we may be unable to respond, match a role or process an application.
9. Information collected automatically
For security and experience improvement, we record page path, language, referring-site domain, device category, short usage events and a random identifier used only in the current browser tab. We use no third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies and do not store full IP addresses.
10. Complaints and data incidents
Questions or complaints may be sent to the Data Protection Officer. We assess data incidents under applicable law and notify the regulator and affected individuals when notification thresholds are met.
