Application maintenance & enhancement
SAP SD/MM/ABAP, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and PHP/Symfony: functional support, user tickets, code changes and release support within the agreed scope.
Tech Alliance supports enterprise IT operations and technical hiring. We coordinate infrastructure and application support, with delivery locations, responsibilities and service hours agreed for each engagement.
Application support, development and engineering need different skills. We separate established support experience from new project requirements, then agree ownership, access, delivery milestones and L1–L3 escalation. Technologies shown are examples; the scope follows the client environment.

Discuss LLM/RAG workflows, Azure AI or Copilot integrations, Kotlin/JVM microservices and APIs, or Python, Node.js and React/Vue applications. Roles can include solution architects, backend/full-stack developers, QA, technical PMs and MLOps/LLMOps specialists. The project team and delivery scope are confirmed after technical review.
These role requirements illustrate our talent specialisms. They are not a claim of available bench staff or completed AI/Kotlin delivery projects.
Network and server support, cloud/SRE requirements and CAD or embedded-engineering work. Existing examples include 24×7 network support and an Asia remote CAD team; service windows and responsibilities are agreed for each new engagement.
A managed service works when systems, locations, access, operating hours and responsibilities are explicit. We start with that scope, then confirm the delivery team and transition plan.
Server, cloud and hybrid-environment operations, with the supported technologies and responsibilities confirmed for the engagement.
Explore the scope →Application maintenance, incident handling, release support and approved small improvements within an agreed change process.
Explore the scope →Coordination between site support, infrastructure, business applications and external vendors within a clearly approved boundary.
Explore the scope →AI applications, RAG and agent workflows and API integrations, with evaluation, monitoring, incidents, changes and releases defined in scope.
Explore the scope →Support coverage, delivery locations, customer and supplier responsibilities, access controls, reporting, escalation and service hours are confirmed in the engagement scope. Extended-hours or on-call support requires a separate assessment.
Tell us the system types, locations and current operational challenge. We will confirm what can be assessed and who should join the scope discussion.
Start a scoped discussionUse the buyer checklist to shape the scope, then review how an actual delivery model worked in practice.
Define applications, modules, activities, L1–L3, RACI, coverage, transition and acceptance before comparing SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O proposals.
Read the scope guide →Actual, actual delivery across POS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, PHP applications and round-the-clock network support.
Japan POS support · SAP Support & AMS · Dynamics 365 F&O support · PHP application operations · 24×7 network support
Start with the SAP Support & AMS case →Yes. A co-managed arrangement can divide responsibilities between your team, Tech Alliance and other suppliers. The scope and escalation path are agreed before transition.
Yes. We have delivered 24×7 network support. The systems, sites, shift model, response targets and escalation path are still confirmed for each engagement.
We can discuss a regional arrangement with delivery support in Japan. The commercial contact, delivery entity, location and responsibilities are confirmed for the specific engagement.
Yes, after defining the use case, data boundary, model or cloud provider, integrations, evaluation, security, human approval, monitoring and change ownership.
Your company, systems, support locations and main operational challenges. Do not send passwords, production access details or sensitive system records through the website form.
A buyer-ready operating model to compare scope and ownership without inventing SLA or improvement figures.
Discovery → service design → knowledge and access transfer → controlled parallel run → acceptance → steady operations. Dates are agreed after the estate and dependencies are known.
Client: business priority and approval. TAC: intake, triage, assigned resolution and reporting. Shared: major-incident decisions, risk acceptance and change scheduling. Third parties: product or carrier actions.
L1 records, validates, classifies and communicates. L2 diagnoses and resolves within the supported application or infrastructure scope. L3 handles specialist engineering, code or vendor escalation. Response targets are agreed by priority; no unsupported number is claimed.
Volume and backlog by priority, ageing, recurring causes, major incidents, changes and releases, SLA attainment against the agreed definition, risks, dependencies and improvement actions.
Define model and data boundaries, evaluation criteria, human approval, monitoring, incident handling, prompt or model changes, release evidence and rollback ownership.
For SD/MM business-process support and ABAP maintenance, or Dynamics 365 F&O user-support and development tickets. Agree modules, integrations, access and the boundary between incidents and enhancements; use L1/L2/L3 escalation with targets set for your engagement.
SAP delivery began in August 2025 with six consultants: one on-site and five remote. The separate Dynamics 365 F&O engagement uses about three people. Do not assume identical coverage, headcount or service levels for a new project.
