Responsibilities
- Develop and tune fab processes; investigate defects and improve yield.
- Work with design and device teams on manufacturing quality.
Requirements
- Experience in lithography, etching, thin films or ion implantation.
- Understanding of wafer-fabrication process flows.
- Bachelor’s degree in semiconductors, electronics or a related field.
- Working proficiency in English OR Japanese; both are not required by this brief.
- Relevant hands-on experience and willingness to work on-site in Japan long term.
