Responsibilities

Lead Japan rollout discovery, fit-to-standard workshops and solution design within a global SAP S/4HANA template.
Design procurement, inventory and invoice processes, including sourcing, STO, subcontracting, consignment, valuation and EDI interfaces.
Own module architecture, localisation and design deviations; align integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Guide implementation teams through build, test, cutover and go-live, working with Japanese stakeholders and global process owners.

Requirements

15+ years of SAP experience with substantial SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation and support experience.
Deep MM/P2P expertise, functional specifications, ABAP coordination and MM/EWM integration with third-party systems.
Large-scale manufacturing or automotive experience; strong global-template governance and multi-vendor delivery skills.
Native-level Japanese speaking proficiency for architecture workshops and senior stakeholder discussions. English proficiency is preferred.
Multi-country template rollouts, Japanese OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience, and relevant SAP certification are advantageous.
