Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end supply-chain strategy across sourcing, planning, inventory and logistics.
- Improve supplier quality, delivery, cost, resilience and localisation.
- Lead S&OP and capacity decisions with manufacturing, sales, finance and engineering.
- Build the local team, governance, KPIs and escalation routines.
Requirements
- 10+ years in automotive or advanced-manufacturing supply chain with senior leadership responsibility.
- Deep procurement, planning, logistics and supplier-development experience.
- Track record improving cost, working capital, delivery and resilience.
- Professional English; Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or regional experience is advantageous.
