Responsibilities
- Define target architecture for policy, claims, customer and partner integration services.
- Set Java, Spring Boot, API, security, resilience and observability standards.
- Guide engineering teams through design reviews, migration decisions and non-functional testing.
- Work with product, security, infrastructure and vendors to manage architecture risks and dependencies.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Java delivery with 3+ years in solution or application architecture.
- Strong microservices, API, event-driven integration and cloud design experience.
- Experience in insurance or regulated financial services is strongly preferred.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder leadership in Singapore.
