Responsibilities
- Analyse, enhance and support COBOL applications, JCL jobs and batch schedules.
- Diagnose production incidents and deliver controlled fixes with complete testing evidence.
- Work with DB2, CICS, file interfaces and downstream application teams.
- Document legacy logic and support phased modernisation and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on COBOL and IBM mainframe development.
- Practical JCL, DB2 and CICS experience.
- Strong production support, debugging and change-control discipline.
- Chinese communication and working English for a global delivery environment.
