岗位职责

• Lead technical design and difficult implementation work across Java services.
• Improve performance, reliability, code quality, automated testing and release practices.
• Review architecture and code while mentoring senior and mid-level engineers.
• Resolve cross-team technical risks and communicate trade-offs to delivery leadership.

任职要求

• 8+ years of Java engineering experience in large-scale enterprise systems.
• Deep Spring, distributed-systems, database and performance-tuning knowledge.
• Experience leading design reviews and engineering standards across teams.
• Chinese and professional English communication.
