- Customer workflows, use cases और technical pain points समझकर project scope तथा solution direction define करना
- Distributed engineering teams के साथ proposals, technical specifications, effort estimates और delivery plans बनाना
- PACS, medical image viewers और modality software पर architecture तथा development decisions lead करना
- Project initiation में seed member रहना और जरूरत पर customer-development technical bridge जारी रखना
- Multiple engagements में quality, risk, dependencies और stakeholder alignment manage करना
- Customer discussions में technical value opportunities पहचानकर practical improvements या services propose करना
योग्यता
- Software development, technical project management या equivalent leadership में 7+ years
- Medical या healthcare software domain का hands-on अनुभव अनिवार्य
- PACS, medical image viewer या modality software में से कम से कम एक क्षेत्र की expertise
- Client-facing requirement analysis, solution design और distributed/offshore team management अनुभव
- Software architecture, SDLC, estimation, quality और delivery risk पर संवाद की क्षमता
- JLPT N1-equivalent speaking-level business Japanese और professional English; चयन capability पर होगा, nationality पर नहीं, तथा domestic travel के लिए तैयार हों
